ACT Foundation donated 30 school bags, exercise books, pencil cases and ACT T-shirts to children from low income families. The children were accompanied by their parents. Thenkansenai, Sampukkalappu is an underprivileged village located within the Koralaiparru (Vakarai) Divisional Secretariat division of Batticaloa district. Ammanthanaveli Navatkulam, is an underprivileged village located within the Koralaiparru (Vakarai) Divisional Secretariat division of Batticaloa district. ACT Foundation continue sponsoring cataract surgeries in Kilinochchi district

On 21st June 2024, ACT Foundation provided the lenses and other required surgical supplies for another 43 cataract surgeries at the district general hospital in Kilinochchi, where  ACT Foundation Sri Lanka is partnering with the hospital to deliver cataract surgeries.
