These cataract surgeries will be conducted in partnership with the ACT Foundation and selected public hospitals that have agreed to work with the ACT Foundation on this selfless service.<\/p>\n
Patients with need will be identified and recommended to ACT Foundation by the consultant eye surgeon from the hospital. ACT Foundation will use the funds from your sponsorship to procure the lenses and consumables required for the cataract surgery and deliver them to the hospital.<\/p>\n
Surgeries are scheduled and conducted monthly by the hospital eye care team with ACT Foundation supplying the prescribed lenses and consumables.<\/p>\n
