The wells were constructed in villages of Pavatkodichenai, Katpaha Keni and Ammananthaveli Navatkulam where people walked several kilometres to collect water for their daily needs. The wells were constructed in public spaces and people continue to enjoy clean water for their daily needs.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e07e935 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e07e935\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThese wells are more than just a source of water; they are symbols of hope, health, and empowerment. They ensure that communities have safe and reliable access to clean water, improving hygiene, and reducing the risk of waterborne diseases.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfa7ec7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cfa7ec7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Toilet Facilities:<\/strong> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7c00c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7c00c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAccess to toilet with a level of privacy is a fundamental, hygiene need for every human being on earth. However, there are villages where there are no toilets for the inhabitants in several parts of Sri Lanka.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-833b539 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"833b539\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn response to the villagers call, ACT foundation is building a block of two toilets ( men and women each) in the Ammananthaveli, Navatkulam area of the Vakarai region of Batticaloa district.
